Have you noticed any changes in the size, shape, or colour of a particular mole?

Individual Mole Screening

Individual mole screening is a quick, non-invasive procedure that uses a specialised imaging dermatoscope to take detailed, high-resolution images of individual moles. The images are then sent securely to our partnered Consultant Dermatologist who will analyse the images and give their expert opinion and diagnosis. This can help with early detection of melanoma and other types of skin cancer.

In as little as 48 hours, you’ll receive your results via email, allowing you to make an informed decision. With a favourable result you can choose to have the mole cosmetically treated for a more pleasing appearance or continue to monitor them with regular check-ups every few months.

Your Appointment

Preparation – Before your appointment, please do not to wear makeup, lotion, or fake tan over the mole(s). You will be required to fill out a questionnaire about your personal and family history of skin cancer.
Dermatoscope –  In the private clinic room, we will take a series of high-resolution digital photographs of the mole which will be immediately sent to our partnered Consultant Dermatologist.
Dermatologist review – The Consultant Dermatologist will analyse the images, using advanced software and contact you directly via email with your results.
Moving Forward – On receipt of favourable results, you can choose to have the lesions cosmetically treated for a more pleasing appearance or monitor them with regular check-ups.
