Parking – There is free parking in the car park outside. There is also paid parking at Carnegie’s Birthplace carpark at the end of the street.
Bus – We are a 10-15 minute walk from the Bus Station.
Train – We are a 5-10 minute walk from Dunfermline Town Station.
On arrival at our building – Please enter the building, the waiting room is on your left, the bathrooms are along the hallway. The clinic room is on the first floor, Tina will come downstairs and meet you at your appointment time.

What we do
Established 1997.
Specialising in electrolysis, trans electrolysis, aesthetic electrolysis (treatment and removal of unwanted blemishes) and advanced branded skin treatments such as Hydrafacial® SkinPen® Celluma Light Therapy® and AlumierMD® Previously, Tina has treated from several locations across the East of Scotland, including satellite clinics, but now dedicate her time to her clinic in Dunfermline. We are multi-award winning with ranges chosen to only include clinical/medical grade equipment and treatments with a proven track record. We are constantly training and innovating and we pride ourselves on offering our clients the most advanced treatments and products available.
Upon booking an appointment you will receive –
- An appointment confirmation email.
- Medical, consent and booking fee emails as appropriate
- An appointment reminder approximately 48 hours before your appointment. (Applicable to all future appointments)
- You may also receive an appropriate aftercare email directly after your appointment.
- A review email.
For those that complete and return an Application for Electrolysis Treatment Form, you must accept that we will contact you by email regarding your application. You are required to complete emailed pre-appointment medical questionnaires. We only require information which is relevant to the particular treatment. This information is not distributed and is stored in GDPR approved cloud storage. We may photograph treatment areas for our clinical notes. We may use non-identifiable images of blemishes for advertising and social media.
Our booking terms and conditions
You will receive an automated reminder email 2 days before your appointment. If you’re not going to manage to your appointment this would be the time to notify us to avoid losing your booking fee.
BUPA Patients/Clients. Cancellation less than 48 hours pre treatment/non-arrival for your appointment will incur automatic invoicing for the full appointment amount.

- For appointments booked online – 25% booking fee of the cost of the appointment is required.
- For appointments booked in clinic – A 25% payment request for your booking fee will be sent to you.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time or non arrival for your appointment, results in the loss of your booking fee.
- Just to make you aware – The clinic staff don’t see a penny of lost/retained booking fees.
They cover heat, light, electricity, fuel etc and for the clinic to lay empty during this time. We hope you understand this is non-negotiable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards but not AMEX. We accept cash, (please bring the correct amount, we never have change)

In order to provide a safe and comfortable treatment it is necessary that we gather some personal and medical information. This information is used for treatment and insurance purposes and held confidentially and securely in line with current GDPR regulations and data protection laws. To comply with insurance requirements this information has to be stored for 7 years using GDPR cloud based software (Ovatu) after which time it will be destroyed. In the event you wish to be ‘forgotten’ post-treatment your file will be archived until the 7 year point has been reached. We do not send out marketing
