When you enter Viewfield Terrace car park, you’ll see three beautiful buildings in front of you, we are the one on the left. You’ll see the sign for Hive serviced offices. Don’t go to the main door, head to the left of the building and follow our clinic signs.

Directions – At the large ‘Police’ roundabout, head along East Port as if you were driving into town passing The Carnegie Hall on your left. Turn immediately left down onto Viewfield Terrace. Then turn left into Viewfield Terrace Carpark. As you drive into the car park you will see three beautiful buildings in front of you. We are within the building on the left. (Hive serviced offices)
Parking  Paid parking is available in Viewfield Terrace car park. Free parking can be found on the surrounding streets. For convenience, we would recommend you download the ‘RingGo” app for your phone.
Bus –  We are a 4 minute walk from the Bus Station.
Train – We are 10 minute walk up the hill from Dunfermline Town Station.
On arrival at our building – as before, we have no reception staff so please attend at your appointment time. No Earlier!!
Don’t go near the main door but head to the left of the building following the path round to the rear garden. Follow the clinic signs!

What we do
Established 1997.
Specialising in electrolysis, trans electrolysis, aesthetic electrolysis (treatment and removal of unwanted blemishes) and advanced branded skin treatments such as Hydrafacial Scotland, Keravive, Celluma Light Therapy, COMCIT and AlumierMD. Previously, we have treated from several locations across the East of Scotland, including satellite clinics, but now dedicate our time to our clinic in Dunfermline. We are multi-award winning with ranges chosen to only include clinical/medical grade equipment and treatments with a proven track record. We are constantly training and innovating and we pride ourselves on offering our clients the most advanced treatments and products available.


Our terms and conditions
You will receive an automated reminder email 2 days before your appointment.  If you’re not going to manage to your appointment this would be the time to notify us. You can contact us via –

  • For appointments booked online – variable booking fees are required. 
  • For appointments booked in clinic – A payment request for your booking fee will be sent to you.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time or non arrival for your appointment, results in the loss of your booking fee.
  • Just to make you aware – The clinic staff don’t see a penny of lost/retained booking fees. They cover heat, light, electricity, fuel etc and for the clinic to lay empty during this time. We hope you understand this is non-negotiable. 

Loyalty Cards
We offer loyalty cards with certain facial treatments.  Clients who are given one will receive 50% off their 6th (identical) treatment. These cannot be transferred and must be used within 7 months of the initial appointment.


Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, (please bring the correct amount, we never have change) all major credit and debit cards but not AMEX. 
Sorry, we do not accept cheques

Upon booking an appointment you are required to give permission for us to send you:

  • An appointment confirmation email and/or text 
  • An appointment reminder approximately 48 hours before your appointment. (Applicable to all future appointments)
  • You may also receive an appropriate aftercare email directly after your appointment.

For those that complete and return an Application for Electrolysis Treatment Form, you must accept that we will contact you by email regarding your application. You are required to complete emailed pre-appointment medical questionnaires. We only require information which is relevant to the particular treatment. This information is not distributed and is stored in GDPR approved cloud storage. We may photograph treatment areas for our clinical notes. We may use non-identifiable images of blemishes for advertising and social media.


Marketing Emails
We occasionally send marketing/event/offer emails. You will be asked in clinic if you wish to subscribe to this service. Any future marketing emails will automatically include an ‘unsubscribe’ function.


What we do with the information we gather?
When you send an email to Tina Sinclair Electrolysis Ltd  using the various email links on this site, your email address is automatically sent as part of your message. All client booking & service information is stored using GDPR approved cloud based software. (Ovatu)

Covid Update. You –
We thank you for your continued support. Can we ask that clients attend for their appointments alone and with as few personal belongings as possible, please come along at your appointed time, no earlier.
Please wear a mask into the main reception, once in your individual treatment room, your mask may be removed.
The bathrooms
 are only available in an emergency.  Staff members will remain in full PPE at all times.

Covid Update. Us –
We are lucky. We’ve always run a closed-door, appointment only service. We’ve also always had a buffer time between each person.
We have a massive reception area and four very separate treatment rooms. Our PPE consists of masks, visors, plastic aprons, gloves and more. All of these are disposed into clinical waste after every client and every surface is thoroughly disinfected/cleaned between.
There are HEPA filter ventilation units in each room.
All the necessary certification and our risk assessment is available for anyone who wishes to see it.
We are absolutely confident we are working over and above guidelines which we continue to monitor.
