Upon booking an appointment you are required to give permission for us to send you:
- An appointment confirmation test & email.
- An appointment reminder approximately 48 hours before your appointment. (Applicable to all future appointments)
- You may also receive an appropriate aftercare email directly after your appointment.
For those that complete and return an Application for Electrolysis Treatment Form, you must accept that we will contact you by either telephone or email regarding your application.
Whilst in clinic you are required to complete medical questionnaires. We only require information which is relevant to the particular treatment. This information is not distributed and is stored in GDPR approved cloud storage. We may photograph treatment areas for our clinical notes. We may use non-identifiable images of blemishes for advertising and social media.
We occasionally send marketing/event/offer emails. You will be asked in clinic if you wish to subscribe to this service. Any future marketing emails will automatically include an ‘unsubscribe’ function.
If you’re not going to manage to your appointment we do need 24 hours + notice.
You can either phone us on 01383 625397 or alter your appointment using your Phorest app or confirmation email.
Cancellation or non-arrival for your appointment within 24 hours will result in full payment being taken.
We accept all major cards including AMEX. If you intend paying by cash, please bring the correct amount as we do not carry change. We do not accept cheques.
